Responsibilities & Highlights

Excellent Entry Level Sales Position - Learn valuable Sales Skills
Develop leads via calls, texts, and emails. Schedule appointments
Assist in agency marketing mailers
Social Media Assistance
Answer Phones & direct customers to agents
Maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude, with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Hourly pay $12/hour + bonus per lead generated (could be $15 to $25/hour depending on effort)
Flexible hours - We will set your schedule based on your classes or other commitments
Valuable sales experience - Excellent Resume Builder

Requirements

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Self-motivated, Goal Oriented, Money Motivated
basic understanding of computers
No experience required - entry level position
ideally we ask for a 3 month minimum time commitment for the full experience
