Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Call, text, and email prior prospects to engage with agency
Handle Mailers

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Hourly pay ($14 per hour plus BONUSES EXPECTED to be earned DAILY)
- if minimum expectations & Goals are hit you would be making $20 to $35 an hour -or more - bonuses are unlimited
Valuable experience, Resume Builder
Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency and State Farm

Requirements

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Motivated by MONEY - bonuses are not just
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Position may require irregular working hours - such as Community Events in Evenings or Weekends

Compensation: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
